AIRBNB IN MADRID
Urban and analytical study in the city of Madrid by using open data from Airbnb.2019. Madrid.
Using the open data from Inside Airbnb this project tries to understand the influence and the effect of tourism over Madrid city's fabric.Concerns about price or location are translated into dynamic and interactive visualizations which allows the user to interact and approach to the topic.
Price and number of reviews analysis per 200 sqm unit. Connections to the different means of transport or to the public facilities. Search of the interaction and conflict areas... All this is possible by the use of GIS 2D and 3D technologies that go through different layers of the city.
